Your personalised message will be printed on the chosen card from the drop down menu. If you prefer to write the card yourself, please leave the personalisation box empty and we’ll just send card blank for you to write your handwritten message.
🎁 Gift Box Presentation
Each of our gift boxes is carefully packed with tissue paper, box fillings, and a sprinkle of heart confetti. Depends on the item quantity inside the gift box, we change the box size to make it more presentable and filled with the gift items.
The Gift Box comes in white postal box and placed in a mailing bag. We ensure that gift items are carefully packed and sealed before dispatching, but some items may shift during transit.
📫 Gift Recipient
The box can be sent directly to the recipient, please ensure you insert the recipient's address at the checkout please make sure you have the correct address and include your name on personalised gift card, so they know it is coming from you. We will not include any invoice in the box, If you need Invoice, please send us a message and we will email you the invoice.
🚚 Delivery Service
The package will be sent free tracked 48 service - UK only -, to keep our gifts affordable and trackable for you. If you would like shipping upgrade, please use express delivery option. Our delivery cost remains the same no matter how many items you purchase from our shop. Perfect for stocking up on presents for your family and friends!
💝 Stock Levels
Depend on stock levels -If we really have to - we might sometimes send different brands or flavours than those pictured. However, replacements will be also in the best quality and as lovely as the original item.
We can cater for high volume of corporate / bulk orders which can deliver in a short period of time, and also can change or add any product to suit your need.
📧 Processing Time
We aim to process all orderson the same day when placed before 2 :00 PM (Monday to Friday). During busy periods, processing times may be longer — please refer to the banner at the top of the page for the most up-to-date information.
