The box can be sent directly to the recipient, please ensure you insert the recipient's address at the checkout please make sure you have the correct address and include your name on personalised gift card, so they know it is coming from you. We will not include any invoice in the box, If you need Invoice, please send us a message and we will email you the invoice.


The package will be sent tracked 48 service, to keep our gifts affordable and trackable for you. Your tracking number will become available to view after receiving your dispatch email and can be found within your order details under the 'Purchases' section of your Etsy account. If you would like shipping upgrade, please use express delivery option. Our delivery cost remains the same no matter how many items you purchase from our shop –UK only--. Perfect for stocking up on presents for your family and friends!

Depend on stock levels -If we really have to - we might sometimes send different brands or flavours than those pictured. However, replacements will be also in the best quality and as lovely as the original item.

This care package comes in white postal box and placed in a mailing bag. We ensure that letterbox gift items are carefully packed before dispatching, but some items may shift during transit. There is no additional box around it so in transit it may get some little bumps or dents to the corners due to handling by courier company. But generally, they arrive in excellent condition. If you would like to add box protection (bubble wrapping gift box and placing it into another small size postal box) please contact me, I can arrange it for you for an extra cost.
